Friday Fives: CCLI’s Top Five Worship Songs

CCLI is the company that tracks the performance of worship songs in churches and pays corresponding royalties to those songs’ composers. CCLI recently released its latest Top 25 for the February 2014 royalty payout. You’ll undoubtedly recognize them since many have spent multiple years as the top worship songs across America and beyond. So, this week’s edition of Friday Fives presents the five most played worship songs. (Click the links to get a download of your favorites.)

#5 Jennie Lee Riddle/Revelation Song

#4 Ben Fielding and Reuben Morgan/Mighty To Save

#3 Matt Redman, Chris Tomlin, Jonas Myrin and Jesse Reeves/Our God

#2 Chris Tomlin, Ed Cash and Jesse Reeves/How Great Is Our God

Before we get to the #1 song, a bonus. The first published CCLI Top 25 was released all the way back in August, 1997. Remember the #1 song from that Top 25?

Honorable Mention – Rick Founds/Lord I Lift Your Name On High

And, now, to number 1:

#1 Matt Redman and Jonas Myrin/10,000 Reasons (Bless the Lord)
